A0845 Redudant Card one of the card goes to fault
Hi,
We have in site 800XA 5.1FP4 , PM866 Controller connected to second clustor with 6 redudant set of AO845 cards, 6 channels are used in all cards.
In this configuration one of the card is always going to fault. If we remove the faulty card and insert it back it will come with healthy status , but after some time the card will go to fault mode again.
Cable specification - Distance (550 Meter ) , Thinkness - 1.0 mm2 , NIS cable
Can you please suggest the solution or any one faced similar issue before.

It is normal and sure OK - please read help file
Most probably the second AO module is in stand-by. You can try by switch-off the working module - the second one shout take the control.
3BSE 015 969R601 says the following:
2.2.3 Analogue Output Modules
When using redundant AO modules, half the output current is generated from each
AO module. The AO module will diagnose itself, and when one fails, it disconnects
and a direct communication between the two redundant AO modules will ensure
that the second AO module quickly doubles its output current.
From
3BSE 020 924R501:
Internal Channel Error is reported if the output circuit can not give the right
current value. In a redundant pair the module will be commanded to error state
by the ModuleBus master.
