IT OPC Server without connection
Some alarms appeared in the alarm list. I looked in the control structure>IT OPC Server Network and the alarms come from there. I realizaed that the service SG_IT Server that belong to the OPCDA_Connector it is not in service, it remains in "initialize" status. The OPC source definition contains the following ProgID "ABB.Shadow.OPCServer". I read that when a service remains in this status is because it cannot connect to the OPC Server; so, where do I find this OPC Server to try to restart it? I tried to read OPC values in the control structure>basic computer monitoring>basic computer asset> IT Control connection aspect but it is not possible to reach the OPC Server.
I should also mention that in the service structure > OPCDA_connector > SG_IT_Server > Service Provider "service provider definition" aspect in special configuration, when I click in refresh I can select "ABB.Shadow.OPCServer" from the list.

The ABB.Shadow.OPCServer belong to the PC, Network and Software Monitoring, PNSM option.
Has it ever worked on *this* server node? I'm asking because the PNSM OPC Server require dedicated server kit install (the default is client kit install). Moving the role from one server to another require the server kit to be installed on the new location.
Verify in Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> PNSM -> Change... that server kit is installed where you are trying to connect to the OPC Server. The server kit require SNMP and WMI roles to be added in Windows Components. Check that too (refer to Installation User's Guide for more info)
If all prerequisites are fulfilled I recommend removing and reinstalling the PNSM server kit.
Do also check Windows Eventlog for related errors and warnings.
Ultimately, have a support case logged with your regional ABB support center.
