Alarm Manager service providers stop after CS restart
I am writing through this forum as the support mail has not been answered yet and the issue is expected solved today.
2 x AS
2 x CS (MB300)
2 x CS (AC800)
We restarted a CS after changing the PU410 RTA baord (due to faulty hardware). both alarm manger services the stopped. Now we cannot start the Alarmmanager service provide on AS1. If we try it will start quickly (not synching) but go into error after a few minutes and cause the other alarmmanager service provider to stop as well. Now we are running with only one alarm manager service provider.
All other services are running!
Do you have an idea? - should we just restart the AS1?
AKS is not an alternative to contacting supportline when you have a critcal problem.
Since you (Denmark) most likely have a customer site within our regional coverage, you are entitled to call our SE L3 hotline (open 24x365). Phone calls are prioritized over emails.
You did not tell me what version of 800xA you are using, but this Product Alert might be of interest (alert = this info has been sent via confirmed email to all customers).
The problem is solved in 5.1 RevD Ru3 or in 5.1 RevE. Please contact supportline if you need further help.
