800xA graphic display help needed follow up

(Bad) Not Connected OPC status can have two reasons in 800xA:
1. The PLC's OPC Server is not able to service this item.
Use built-in OPC test client advdsopcclient.exe and connect *directly* to the AC 800M OPC Server, browse and try to subscribe. If this return same problem, there is something wrong with the application or OPC Server. Try downloading again, try another item, reset service account settings on OPC server, disconnect and reconnect controller in panel, etc.
2. The 800xA framework does not allow the workplace to connect to the internal OPC DA service. This is rarely the case, but could happen if affinity is blocking the client to connect this server, the user account password has expired *after* login and launch of a workplace or if the client can not reach the server, e.g. due to bad IP address or some network issue, e.g. firewall preventing connection.

you should use an OPC client to verify the 800xA OPC Server content, by using eg Matrikon or ABB test OPC client: AdvDsOPCClient.exe, when you browse to your object in control structure, you will find out what's missing....
