Why the CPU always request download application after power on?
I've downloaded application to CPU. When power off then power on again, I got remark "Application is downloaded for the first time".
Why the CPU always request download application after power on? I've used battery backup (SB822), Battery LED is On.
Could you help me how to fix it?

There may be two thing could be wrong. one is installation of battery unit and another one is battery itself having some problem.
Refer the following procedure to connect the rechargeable external battery unit:
1. At delivery the Li-Ion battery package is not connected internally. Follow the
steps in the Data and installation sheet, which is enclosed in the packing box, to
connect the battery package properly.
2. Mount the SB822 rechargeable external battery unit at a suitable position on
3. Connect the 24V supply to the connector enclosed in the packing box.
4. Connect the 24V supply to the battery unit (X3)
5. Make sure that the AC 800M controller is powered and that the battery LED in
the front of PM8xx is flashing
6. Connect the SB822 rechargeable external battery unit, use the 2 m (2.2 yd)
cable TK821V020. Plug one end into the battery unit and the other into the
external battery supply socket of the PM8xx processor unit (see Figure 2 on
7. Make sure that the green Power LED and the yellow Charge LED on SB822
are turned on.
8. In redundant CPU configuration containing two
PM861/PM864/PM865/PM891processor units, use also two SB822 battery
units, one for each processor unit.
9. Due to the batteries being connected in parallel, it is necessary, when using the
external battery, to remove the internal battery from the PM8xx in order to
avoid reducing available memory back-up time.
Do not connect the TK821V020 cable until the AC 800M Controller has been
powered-up normally and the memory back-up function has been activated, that is,
the B(attery) LED flashes. If no normal power supply is connected to the PM8xx
processor unit, the CPU memory will immediately start to consume battery power
when the cable is connected..
May be this will help you...
If download was required it seems like a long controller reset happened - can you retrieve the controller log after a power failure and attach it to the question so that we see the reason for the loss of application?
The user's guide states that you need to charge the battery on regular basis -
the charge LED in your picture seems off - is that normal (battery fully charged)?
The User's Guides states that SB822 takes approximately 7 hours to fully charge from empty. Was it sufficiently charged at the time you disconnected power?
The Technical Description, 3BSE043762 Rev. A states that it does not cover SB822 - but it might be worth reading anyway to learn about issues with other types of batteries (I can't tell if SB822 have some built-in feature to counter the passivation).
1. The Li-Ion battery package connected internally.
5,6. Temporary skip
7. green Power LED and SB822 fully charged.
8. I used single CPU.
9. Removed the internal battery
I worry about that "Do not connect the TK821V020 cable until the AC 800M Controller has been powered-up normally and the memory back-up function has been activated, that is, the B(attery) LED flashes. If no normal power supply is connected to the PM8xx processor unit, the CPU memory will immediately start to consume battery power when the cable is connected..".
Follow this warning and step 5, 6 above, my CPU always hang on after resupply power (Fault LED on CPU is RED, ControlBuilderM could not connnect,...). What's wrong? Help me to clear please.
i would say that problem is related to back up battery
you say that the battery LED is on (you mean that the battery is ok)
try to leave power applied to the Controller and recheck the application ?
try to power off the power supply for few seconds and power on again is the application program gone or not ?
The "0" (zero) first in the controller log indicates a cold startup (battery power missing battery insufficiently charged, too low battery voltage or current, etc.)
Your controller log:

In the AC800M Controller Hardware, 3BSE036351-510) User's Guide it is on page 143 stated that two (2) LED should be lit on the SB822: green + yellow
In the picture you submitted I can't see the yellow (charge) LED being lit... ???
Is the SB822 OK?
Is the battery OK?
Is the power supply OK?
Is the cabling OK?
Check the following points
1)AS you say the Battery LED is on , i think there is no problem with the battery backup . Please confirm the LED is contineously ON & not flashing .
2) Create a blank test application & check by download , power recycle . If the controller is working OK , there may be problem in the application you have .
3)check the firmware in the controller . The programming tool CBM & controller must have same firmware version .
