There is no single input that would disable the alarms (unless You want to disable the entire Function Block with EN input), BUT You can change the limit values with L1...L4 inputs. If You use binary selector function (SEL) and connect it to C_CU block input Lx (x=1,2...), then You can use it to select between normal limit values and "out of order" values with some kind of "equipment_running" signal. It can look something like this:
Setting the proper values should "disable" tha alarms in the sense that they won't be able to activate. It's not perfect, but if You really need this, then I can propose such a workaround.
