Dragging and dropping a data point into a trend chart

Trends in 800xA support drag and drop action.
For instance, you can drag PG2 value item from PG2 display and drop it onto trend chart - it musts automatically associated with ".value" of item reference and drawing on a chart.
You can drag item from e.g. control structure and drop on trend - same result.
If you need to save trend data click on a blue diskette on a trend toolbar. Next time you open trend chart you should see added reference.
P.S. Trend usually intended to show historical reference - values collected for a certain time period. In this case for value item a historical log aspect must be added initially.
I believe drag & drop of an object requires the user to have the "Modify" privilege* on the object's source structure (this applies when dragging from a structure browser).
I doubt that a regular operator have this privilege on e.g. the Control Structure by default.
*) Structure security is defined on the structure's Aspect Category settings in the Aspect System structure (close to "root -> Basic Property -> Basic Property Structure -> ..."). Think twice before adding Modify permission to an operator as this could open up the system for unexpected changes, etc.
I haven't tested drag & drop from a PG2 graphic display so I can't comment on that.
