I have 800XA 5.1 rev A, installed and now there is one feature pack 4, that has ethernet IP connectivity,
I Installed this software one year ago, is it possible for us install this feature pack 4? or we will have license problems?

Its possible to upgrade from RevX to FPY (as long as Y is more recent than X). FP4 is no doubt more recent than RevA.
The opposite (FP -> Rev) is not possible.
However, the Sentinel expiration date (see SLA file) must be more recent than the software update you are installing - or else you will get license annoyance popups.
Each Rev/FP media kit has an builtin release date which must be "older" than your Sentinel's expiry date.
The licensing for 5.1, regardless of the revision or feature pack, is supposed to be the same. I have not seen any difference between the license file between 5.1 and any of the other revisions in that Version path.
Going from 5.1 Rev. A to 5.1 FP 4 (which includes Rev. C) is basically the as runnign 5.1 and then upgrading to 5.1 Rev. A, which is somethign that we did last fall. We did this by simply downloading the upgrade from Solutions Bank and then installed it without need for a new license.
So, in short, you will be fine as long as you follow the installation procedures.
Feature Pack requires additional license. All revisions will have fixes for base 800xA 5.1 software. wherewas feature pack will have both fixes and new features added. Currently if you are in revision path, you can go for feature pack path by procuring additional license for feature pack.
Using a Feature Pack requires an valid Automation Sentinel (Maintain Plus) agreement. In this case you can request an update in the Sofa and generate a new license. You will also get the media box.
Otherwise you are not allowed to use FP4 and if you do so you will get frequently license messages like "..renew your sentinel agreement.."
If you only step up to Rev.C your license may stay valid.
For the installation, you have to perform in a first step an upgrade to Rev.C and then in a second step to FP4. You can not install FP4 directly! I've done it in spring.
