800xA Report Error
I have a problem.
If I run the daily report, it happens it like the capture picture file.
Check the following
1. You are using 32-bit version of MS Office
2. Have you installed the correct version of MS office
3. Data direct addins are added in 800xA service account
4. Is your report template updating values on pressing F9, if not then there is some issue with your excel else the issue may be related to the scheduler.
If nothing works, you may also once try reinstalling data direct
It looks you have a problem with xa and xls/xlsx interface so check the action aspect for excel extension, if it's office 2003 you have to use xls only it doesn't support xlsx for higher version of xa with excel supports xls/xlsx both so cross verify your report template extension and the path defined in the action aspect are both of same extension type.
