800xA Client disconnection connection issue
Not able to connect the 800xA client with the Primary/Secondary Server (Aspect & Connectivity Server combined).System is in Workgroup.
Primary Server IP : 192.168.102.200
Secondary Server IP : 192.168.102.201
Client IP : 192.168.102.3
Iam able to ping all this IP's and available in RNRP Monitor but when i try to connect client "waiting for the connection message is appearing " and not connecting. I tried restarting the Client and server but some time it will connect and again it will disconnect.
In CLS license viewer "Client is not in the same system as the active SFA"
What might be the reason?

The "Client is not in the same system as the active SFA" occur when a CLS receive a license request for CORE_SYSTEM from a node with a deviating system ID.
Use regedit.exe to examine registry in all your 800xA clients and servers. Browse to the following registry key (on 32-bit systems, exclude the Wow6432Node part):
32-bit: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ABB\AFW\Systems]
64-bit: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ABB\AFW\Systems]
Expected: All servers and clients shall share the same system ID*
*) Disregard from the key with only FFFF... it shall exist in all machines.
The license error appear when a client or server with deviating system ID tries to use the same CLS.
Solution: remove this computer from the network, or delete any deviating system ID from registry and reboot.
Incorrect system ID can have various effects, I suggest clearing the "Client is not in the same system as the active SFA" error (by following the above procedure) and we take it from there.
A common source to get into this problem is cloning of already active clients or servers. I recommend wiping this registry key (and appointed folders on disk) before taking the clone. Deletion will make the clone "not member of any system" - at final destination, just use "Connect node..." feature of 800xA wizard or Node Administration Structure->Node Definition to insert the (appropriate) system key to registry.
