how i can transfer the trend file to an excel sheet

In Freelance you would export the trend archive with the build in FTP export. Either automatically or manually. See the Freelance Operation Station Configuration Manual how to configure the FTP export for a trend.
Once the file is available offline, you use DigiBrowse to convert the trend archive to csv file. Excel can Open/import the CSV file.

I mean how to view the CSV file in Excel through two clicks of mouse on file?
Its better to use batch, OPC or something else? Where i can find knowledge about it?
The conversion can not happen in a batchfile, because DigiBrowse does not accept commandline parameters.
If you don't want to do it manually I propose to use the Excel Report functionality of Freelance. This way data is directly collected in an Excel sheet. The configuration is described in the "Engineering Manual Operator Station Configuration", section 4 "Logs", chapter "Reports".
Be aware that the smallest cycle time should be >=1 second, because it takes time to write into an Excel sheet.
Sorry, only below listed solutions are available today:
1. Convert native Freelance archives using DigiBrowse (cannot be automated)
2. Create Excel Reports from the start using Freelance Excel Reports
3. Use Freelance Information powered by Decathlon to bulk export into Excel
Option 3 is an external archive on a history server using the decathlon history, but cannot help to convert existing Freelance archives. In that it is similar to option 2.
