S900 I/O DX910B with new library
Dear all,
We are using S900 I/O integrated to AC800M, we are replacing CI920 to CI920AS
The question is: We have changed the library S900IoCI854HwLib 1.1-2 to S900IoCI854HwLib 2.0-0. In this new version there isn´t the hardware type that I was using before for DX910 card, the DX910* (DIO8), it is only available the DX910* (DIO8 S). is it the same ?
Thanks

Greetings,
AFAIK DX910N means Non-Ex DIO8 card, DX910B means Ex-Zone2 DIO8 card and DX910S means Ex-Zone1 card.
They seems totaly different, if you dont have right card for your physical configuration, you mav download proper DTM or GSD file from SolutionBank:

Hope it helps you.
Both cards: DX910* (DIO8) and DX910* (DIO8 S) are 8 channel module with effective direction (input or output) to be set via parameters. A channel can only be used exclusively for input or output. But the difference is that in the DIO8 S Hardware type, When is used as Input, there is avaliable a Status byte.
