Faceplate error?
See attached file, why do I get a question mark at the error field?
The FB does not generate any alarms when this happends.
Using Control builder Prof 5.1.1.1

If you get ALM DEF ERR in System Event List the problem is likely incorrect alarm parameters.
SrcName + ConditionName must be a non-empty, not too long string (25 chars???) and unique within a controller.
Severity and Class must set within accepted range (1-1000 and 1-10000, ie not zero).

Sorry, having trouble uploading picture.
It could be due to illegal alarm configuration.
Attached the Alarm Indicator snapshot for the reference. It won't generate any alarm for illegal configuration.
Give an initial value to the name and description value of the alarm block and download it giving an init restart. You should not have the question mark then on the faceplate
