"Advant Controller 410/450 and MasterPiece 200/1 - Use of the PC element SENDREQ" resolves the following:
- Sending of Data Sets can be stopped temporarily in two ways
The PC element SENDREQ is normally used in RCOM applications. If sending of Data Sets shall be stopped temporarily it is possible to do that in two different ways.
1. Set the input terminal BLOCK to value TRUE. All sending of Data Sets on the communication link is stopped until the terminal BLOCK is set to FALSE. If sending orders are given at the ACT terminal during blocking, they are ignored.
2. Set the input terminal PRVBLK to value TRUE. Sending of Data Sets on the communication link is stopped until terminal PRVBLK is set to FALSE. If sending orders are given at the terminal ACT during blocking, the data packages corresponding to the last given order will be sent.
