CON-PU terminal DBREF
In the table TERMINAL DESCRIPTION it says:
"...>DBREF and if so, the error signal ERR is set."
This is wrong. The correct text is:
"...>DBREF and if not, the error signal ERR is set."
Page 35 CON-PU1
The text of paragraph ’Supervision’ is wrong and has to be replaced by following text:
Supervision
When
N
å
| DEVn ´ Kn | > DBPOS
n = 1
a test is made to determine if | I N – I 0 | >DBREF.
DEVn is the deviation at the beginning of pulse n, that is the deviation which is used for calculating the pulse length. I0 is the feedback signal before the first pulse, IN is the feedback signal after the N:th pulse.
This means that the supervision sums DEV x K for each pulse, and when the sum has exceeded the value DBPOS a check is made (after concluded pulse time) that the feedback signal has changed by at least the value DBREF. If the feedback signal has not changed enough, ERR is set. After the check, the sum is cleared.
The sum is cleared, and ERR is reset, when DEV changes sign or when DBPOS is not exceeded after 9 pulses.
Theoretically you can set DBREF=DBPOS. This means that the actuator follows the controller without delay. In practice, you will have to set DBREF

Wrong terminal assignments in figure PC element CONV-BI
Correct terminal assignments for terminals 1..5 are as given in table Terminal Description on page 46.
The layout of Figure ’PC element CONV_BI’ is not correct. The brackets have to be corrected in following way:
(C1, C2, C3)

Pages 41, 73, 114: CONTRM, MASTER, SEQ
The description of the permissible values for the Parameter C1 and C2 is wrong.
The correct text for the CONTRM, MASTER and SEQ is
Parameter
Significance
Permissible values
C1
Cyclicity in ms
Allowed values are between 2ms and 20000ms in steps of 2ms
C2
Place in the cycle time table and /or scheduling strategy
1..251: place in the cycle time table , cyclic activation.
252: activation at initialization after power down
254: activation at warm start initialization after power down.
Page 114: SEQ
In table ’Call SEQ’ AC110 has to be replaced by AC70.
In the corresponding footnote ’and AC 110’ has to be replaced by ’,AC 110, AC 70 and AC55’.

The description of the permissible values for the Parameter C1 and C2 is wrong.
The correct text for the PCPGM is
Parameter
Significance
Permissible values
C1
Cyclicity in ms
Allowed values are between 2ms and 20000ms in steps of 2ms

Figure ’PC element STEP’ is not correct. The expression in bracket has to be corrected in following way:
(C1, C2, C3, C4,
C5, C6, C7, C8)
In the table ’Call STEP’ and the corresponding footnote ’AC55110’ has to be replaced by ’AC 110, AC 70 and AC55’.
