The error described above is corrected in the OPC 2.0 Patch01, i.e. a new wiaopc.exe file.
Installation instructions
1. Make sure that you have administrator privileges on the computer.
2. Stop the Advant OPC Server for AF100 2.0. (Open the Services Dialogue, located in Start->Settings->Control Panel, select the Advant OPC Server for AF100 item and click on the Stop button.)
3. Backup the wiaopc.exe, normally located in c:\Program Files\ABB\OPC\bin folder.
4. Replace the wiaopc.exe with Patch01 (wiaopc.exe).
5. Restart the Advant OPC Server for AF100. (Open the Services Dialogue, located in Start->Settings->Control Panel, select the Advant OPC Server for AF100 item and click on the Start button.)
