A description of this resolution:
- The problem will be corrected on CI534V02 submodule in the next major revision of the submodule. See also Workaround.
Work-around
The problem can be avoided by always having a CS513 submodule included together with the system, even if MB300 is not used. It is enough to have the CS513 submodule installed, but it is not necessary to connect it to a network.
The following alternative work-arounds are also available, but they have to be performed after each system init (e.g. warm start or when setting the system in operational mode):
• toggle the IMPL or SERVICE terminal for the respective MVIMOD database element.
• unplug the CI534V02 submodule. Wait at least 5 seconds before re-inserting the submodule again, to allow the system to detect that it is missing.

- Advant Controller 410 and 450 - CI534V02 submodule has restart problems when MB300 is not used
It has been detected that CI534V02 submodule has problems to start after a system init (e.g. warm start or when setting the system in operational mode), when no CS513 (MB300) submodule is present in the system. The MVI submodules will not startup as expected.
