- Delete the crosslinked file or read in the corresponding backup.
If several of this messages appear, the hard disk must be formatted, installed and the backup read in.
If only one (or a few) message(s) on 'Crosslinked Files' is (are) present, the file name must be noted (or hardcopy on printer) and the file deleted. Then call up CHKDSK again and also note and delete the name of the file indicated.
If one of the file names was located in the directory 'DB.DIR, EDITOR.DAT' or in the EPC sub-directory, the corresponding backup must be read in.
Otherwise the CE software must be reinstalled (only the deleted part if necessary).
