AC 800M Controller Firmware, all 3.x versions <3.2/4 - Control Network, MMS communication stop for 15 minutes
- The error is corrected in version 3.2/4.
- For # 1. Repeat the pushing and reload the application program.
For # 2 and # 3.Remove the 24V DC socket and the battery for a while and then reconnect. Reload the application program.
All PM861 in stock with PR:C have been upgraded and retested. Deliveries from Feeder Factory as of W243 does not contain the above described error.

A hardware error has been found on a limited number of the AC 800M controller CPU, PM861, which might result in any of the following situations:
# 1. In single configuration: As a result of an INIT push button interaction, e.g. in order to perform a Cold Restart, the PM861 might "Stall" and show a lit F-led with a 5 second cyclic short turn-off. The CPU will respond to further pushing of the INIT button but the result will be a Controller Reset, i. e. the application program is lost and needs to be reloaded.
# 2. In single configuration: As a result of an INIT push button interaction, e.g. in order to perform a Cold Restart, the PM861 might "Stall" and show a permanently lit F-LED. The CPU is not responding to any INIT or restart interactions.
NOTE to # 1 and # 2: Pushing the INIT button on the Primary CPU in a redundant configuration will cause a switch-over to the Backup and might, in case the actual HW is disposed for this error, end up with an "ex-primary" CPU in states according to 1 or 2 but the new Primary("ex-backup") CPU running normally.
# 3. In a redundant configuration: In case of a SW-crash ( i.e. primary crashes and backup intentionally halted), the intentionally halted "ex-Backup" CPU might be trapped in a state where it is no longer responding to any INIT or restart interactions. The F-LED is permanently lit.
