I have bad DQ on a loop for no apparent reason
- Performing a 'loop load' in the Controller with the 'bad' loop
Performing a 'loop load' on any loop in the Controller which contains the 'receiving' loop (the loop reporting Bad DQ), causes the lists to be rebuilt. This will correct the problem.
- Bad DQ on a loop, but why?
A loop is indicating Bad DQ, but the loop which is the data source is good.
The problem is defined as the 'lost list' problem. The belief is that the list which is created to send data from the source loop in the first Controller to the receiving loop in the destination Controller is no longer working properly. This problem has never been captured for development engineers to investigate, so the cause of this situation is unidentified at this time.
