-X01 SOE unable to print
The SOE report couldn't print. Checking job log showed a warning that the system could not get Excelp PID [Data Direct not installed]/FAILED: 1-Unable to export file:SoeReportHC.xls Unable to set the CalculateBeforeSave property of the Application class.Symptoms:
Resetting the scheduler resolved all SOE report issues.
To reset the scheduler the user goes into the service structure. Find the 'Scheduler' Service object. Look at the Service Definition aspect and go to the 'Confguration' tab. There is an 'Enabled' check box. Uncheck the box then hit apply. Then recheck and hit apply again. That should stop and restart the scheduler effectively resetting it.
