Information Management - Data Retrieval.
On our IM server, Iam not able to read the stored data either from data direct or direct from the log configuration.
1. Log configuration is in green color and healthy.
2. All PAS services on the IM server running.
3. All IM related service on 800xa is running.
4. Check history database state on "hsdbmaint.exe" returns no errors.
* able to retrive OPC log data using data direct.
Any valuable suggestions would be appreciated.

I would like to add some to Vijayan's answer.
If state is not created it can depend on that you've not setup any disk quota for the IM to create logs on, or that the configured disk quota has been reached.
The InformIT History Manager tool will show if the quota has been reached or if no logs has been created.
Checking/adding disk quota is done from the Oracle Instance Wizard.
The Force Synchronization feature as mentioned before by Vijayan may succeed, but there may also be issues with the Log Configuration in 800xA causing synchronization to fail.
A consistency check of the Log Templates and Log Configuration aspects is recommended to rule out errors. The Find Tool of 800xA can be used to find these aspects and then you can drag & drop them to the Consistency Checker tool to check just the logs (and nothing else in the system).
A common problem is that you may have imported Log Configurations referring a Log Template that you did not import (its not possible to delete a Log Template while it is being used, but you can use Export/Import to get past that protection) - in this case IM log sync will fail until you've corrected all the Log Configuration aspects to point to a valid Log Template.
Please don't hesitate to contact your regional ABB support center for additional help with sorting this out.
Please Check your configuration as per the 3BUF001092-510_en_System_800xA_Information_Management_5.1_Configuration Manual ........section 7.
Make sure all the configuration & Message Log Name are as per manual.
If ur getting any error during data direct acess, pls post.
Goto Log Configuration Aspect and check , what is status of your IM Log. Is it in Active state or Log not Created state. If it is Log not created state, you will not get any data.
Then do the force synchronisation using Inform ITHistory manager and ensure there are no messages after synchronisation. Then restart the PAS once.
Then activate your Log in Log configuration aspect. Before goto Datadirect you should get data in Log configuration aspect itself.
