Invalid client license show shows on the server
Hi support,
I have CHMI 5.0 server, the system is working normally, however from time to time a message pops up that "Remote applications are running wihtout valid licenses" though both server and client pc still works without a problem.
As I have read the manual and several post, the server handles the licensing of the client. In order to fix the issue, do I need a separate license for the client? How would I be able to find the license I need to purchase?
I would be very thankful if you could give me a suggestions of solutions to fix the issue.

Check the no of licenses purchased for operator workplaces? Via primary aspect server license entry.
Or u can check via license usage aspect in hmi level.
Or use d running operator workplaces object in workplace str ensure this will work only when the workplace service is running in service str.
This is happening may be bcoz no of operator workplaces are opened more than u purchased may be operator workplaces opened by users are not logged out so check n logged out the unwanted user.

When it pops up you need to start the "license status viewer" on the machine where pop-up is to see what the problem is. If you click the windows start button and then in the search start typing license sta... the icon should pop-up.
Need to check License Status Viewer at the same time when you are getting the Popup.
This wil help to locate the exact problem.
