RNRP for Freelance 2016
We are installing a new freelance system where the HMI is Symphony Plus Operation. The system have AC800F controller (current controller in the plant) and we are adding two new AC900F controller. The controllers and the control network are redundant.
The documentation does not indicate the need to use or install the RNRP, but this, in my opinion, is when DigiVis is used, all de system is Freelance. So my question is; How does an AC900F controller and the S+ Operation system will handle the network redundancy without RNRP?.
The control network should be two separate and independent network path as the used by 800xA System, does it?

Freelance does not need RNRP to have redudancy, controllers manage this automatically, you need to have one ethernet cable conneted to both controllers and no more.
Digivis, you need only to configure two ethernet card in your PC and put the correct ethernet adress and it works.
