We have reverted the points, so that your total points are cumulative, where as available points can be used for point redemption.
And this is implemented for all members, So thanks again for your feedback.

Dear User,
We appreciate your participation, contribution and feedback to AKS.
We will manage to implement so that users can hold their rank inspite of redeeming items.This will take sometime. So still you will get your redemption item for AKS00008.
And after sometime you and all other who redeemed will be back to their rank they were holding.
