Operator user not showing production environmnet to open operator workplace
I have a system installation of 800xA. In one of the system I am not able to open the operator workplace if I am loging in as operator user. I couldn't able to see the production environment for operator user. All other users on the same computer (installation,service account) I can open the operator workplace and able to see the production environment.
All other computers even operator users are working fine without any issues.
I have tried to synchornise the windows users with 800xA user....Operator user is a member of Industrial IT User and Industrial IT Operator....tried to delete and recreate the user and configure to 800xA...no luck..
Any suggestion ?
Passwords must match in a workgroup.
Try sharing something on one PC with permission set for this suspect operator account, and then to map this share from the problematic computer. If sharing with this account does not work, the workgroup is not working, maybe due to different password.

To operate/monitor the 800xA production environment the user needs to be of the following:
1.If your are in workgroup mode ensure user and password should be same in all machines.
2.member of the Industrial user irrespective of the rights.
3.The user should be added to the 800xA via config wizard in Primary Aspect server only(with proper roles assigned) and ensure its is visible in user str.
4.If the system has upgraded ensure same users created in workgroup/domain environment and re-synchronize the users via user str.
5.ensure firewalls are properly configured else check with disabling the firewalls.
6.check the RNRP is reachable from that machine to the primary aspect server.
7.Try to restart the server and check again.
