I have using Acs850 drive in paper mill application. The total Section of drives was controlled by the PLC with reference is Fieldbus .
my problem was paper through inbetween MG and post dryer the paper passed,alternatively (paper tight and loose) at the result paper was cutted and no reference variation in MG ,the motor rating 75kw, drive rating 75kw 166A, During running condition MG rpm 300 & current 50A.
so please give any possibilities solutions......
I not understand where you have the problem with the drive.
During normal functioning, you have fault or alarm by the the drive? If not, can you describe the mistake better?
Please remember that the drive respond of a reference trought fieldbus. If you have one or more variation of speed during the process, first you should check if any variation it was originated by the PLC that control the process.

Most likely one or more of your dryer cylinders was flooded causing excessive load on the drives, which leads to oscillation in the actual cylinder speeds.
If your draw controls normally work properly then this is 99.99% likely a process problem.
If your draw controls never work properly then you can start tracking down issues that cause your drive to not hold to the speed reference. ( After checking that the cyclinders dont flood regularly )
Removal of condensate from the dryer cylinders is controlled by the steam section differential pressure. Check both the Steam Pressure and Differential pressure trends for clues, but obviously the biggest clue is the section speeds are not holding setpoint and drive currents are not normal or varying rapidly.
