You can do this in VB graphics using the pgBoolDew ( Direct Entry Window ). See the graphics builder manual for VB Graphics, Section 5 "Configuring Direct Entry Windows" and Appendix A -> Standard Building Blocks -> Direct Entry Windows.
In PG2 you can do this with MultiSelectionDew. See Process Graphics Manual, section 8 -> Advanced Tutorial -> How to use the multi selection dew item
VB Graphics need a bit of VB coding to support the dew. The process is much easier in PG2.
You need to configure one Faceplate object, also should configure one graphic element.
It is possible to define in some structures one graphic element, i suggest you to configure per example in functional structure, first you need to define one object that represents process, and add one aspect type graphic element that will be the button that you show in the image and add one faceplate object.
then one you click the graphic element appear the faceplate .
in your graphic display you add one instance of your graphic element
I believe we can give it this try also.
Create a small graphic Square box drawing on your same scada page.
Draw two Push/Toggle buttons on your sqaure box, for your "YES" or "NO". Relate two simple expression;/tags to them(they will control your final decision result on Scada)
Now work on your square "VISIBILITY" i.e. True/enable it when your "select normal" is "True".
Else make it "false".
Also, accordingly you can hide/disable it again upon your "False" of "select normal".
