AC800M OPC service stopped and restarted automatically
In one of our 800xA installations the AC800M OPC service stopped and restarted automatically. Windows event viewer screenshots attached. Pls help me find the possible cause.
Can you please descibe your problem in deep enough.
1.Is it problem is for all Connectivty servers of the system or for perticuler OPC DA(All controllers or single controller disconnecting) of the single OPC server?
2.What about network response of the controller try to see the cont. response of the controllers from the fauty OPC server.
3.Check the RNRP messages when OPC goes down(open it and check if there is any drops).
4.check any clue in the controllers log/OPC session log files.
5.What version of system is running?
6.Try to involve the support line for the better support.
