PM866 redundancy lost afte application download
I'm troubleshooting the Redundancy of PM866 controllers. We are using BC820 for redundancy connection.
- Two PM866 controllers, conected by TK857 cable with BC820
Upper marked endings are connected to Controllers
- The BC820 modules are upper/lower and conected between themselves by Optical
cable, using cross connection (Tx to Rx and Rx to Tx)
And here is the problem, the redundancy seems ok, when the Controllers are without application but after downloading app, the redundancy is lost, primary controller starts acting as sigle mode and secondary controller becomes in fault - red light starts to alternately flashing for 2 seconds and then it lit of for 1 second.
This issue occures for both controllers - depends only on Primary/secondary role.
Please can someone help me to solve this problem? I've run out of ideas.

Please check if you control serial number is in the range SG1510xxxx to SG1537xxxx (it's on a sticker on the botten of the controller) if so get in tough with ABB about status report "Optical Modulebus failure on AC 800M Controller" 3BSE084764. There is an issue with the controller which causes this behaviour if it's in this range of serial numbers.
Did you do all the setting in the controller - IP address in bothe Primary and secodary etc.
In logic did you made redudant controller ( or is it configured as single ?)
Also make sure that all the card and controller are updated with latest firmware.
If it is not configuration issue, Try to power of one controller and then download to other one and Then try to start the switched off one.
The problem may occur because of many reasons we can't judge with this info.
1.CEX bus not terminated.
2.Firmware not matching in the controllers.
3.controllers are not earthed.
4.Controllers are not properly fixed in the DIN rail with CEX bus
5.Electrical module bus not teminated.
6.TK851 cable is not properly fixed.
7.Controller systemload reaches 100% on download.
8.BC810 interupts not working check properly fixed
Provide the controller logs and controller diagnostic
Generally BC810 is connected with TK851 cable not the optical cable.

CEX bus is Terminated
Firmware is updated and it is same on each module
Controllers are earthed and Fixed on DIN
Terminator for el. Modulebus is plugged in
Controller systemload is not over 60%
I checked the IP addresses, they are correct
Control builder project is configured for redundancy.
LIO is connected via Optical modbus.
While these redundant CPUs is synchronising (DUAL led blinking), it turns to the fault the BackupCPU after synchronisation is finished.
