system total load
At present my system load as follow, cyclic load 39% and total system load 68%. There is fear that system load can increase,
1. what is the danger limit for system load and cyclid load?
2. if there is NO new configuration can these load increase?
3. What is the room of freedom for us to load new configuration without vilating system load limit?
4. can we make a historian trending for system load and cyclic load?
5. how to identify what process causing system loading high?
Another issue is my client server, there is 6 number of PLC connected to my client server it have redundancy, but it cant perform as redundancy, we have to manually reset and change over.
is there a methods and guidance to make this client server fully automatic redundant.

I assume you are using AC 800M.
For PA controller, the maximum recommended total CPU load is 90-95%.
For HI (high integrity) the maximum recommended total CPU load is 90%
Cyclic Load can not exceed 70%. The controller will automatically adjust the task's cyclic rate to meet this target (if required, your programs will run slower than what you have requested).
The load figures can trended in the HMI just like any other OPC property; they are available from the SystemDiagnostics function block (default located in Slow.Program3 application).
The load is mostly depending on the application and how fast it executes. Module bus IO adds to total load, try to keep module bus scanning at no faster than half the cyclic time of the fastest module bus dependant application.
I have difficulties understanding the last question. Please add more information about system configuration, services configuration, etc.
