Looks like a generic problem striking all graphics in the faceplate.
Is it VBPG or PG2?
Out of resources is a common problem. Check the workplace's (afwworkplaceapplication.exe) virtual memory usage with Windows Performance Monitor (perfmon.exe) or PowerShell (PS> get-process afwworkplace*).
On 32-bit OS, you should restart the workplace when it has reached 1500 MB.
On VBPG there are Microsoft Windows imposed limitations on GDI and UserObjects.
Try to track if a resource counter increases over time.
I also strongly recommend engaging your regional ABB support center.
I just want to say that the problem was from antivirus. We unistalled antivirus and the problem solved. I tried both Avira and Mcaffee and there was a conflict between ABB and antivirus. As our engineering station is a little weak I think the antivirus couldn't handle the desired task and caused the problem.
