PM891 controller network mode configuration
Voted best answer
If you disconnect CN1 cable(either at controller end or switch end) and plug back in, It puts an entry in the controller log:
example below:
I 2013-09-29 19:45:51.922 CN1 Link Up @ 100 Mbps Full Duplex (Configured for 100/Full)
Alse note that there is an issue in early PM891 firmwares, the setting made through IPConfig is not the active setting. It would then appear as below:
I 2013-09-29 15:45:41.882 CN1 Link Up @ 100 Mbps Full Duplex (Auto Detect)

This is made is intention.
CN1 settings are only possible to change with the serial IPConfig tool; if CN1 settings were editable through normal hardware tree you could lock yourself out from the controller, e.g. by setting "100 FULL DUPLEX" and switch is not capable of sustaining this.
I'm not sure, but maybe you can see the current speed & duplex in the Remote System -> Controller Analysis -> Get -> Network Information.
