How can connect connectivity server with domain aspect sever.
800xA System version 5.0 having redundant i.e AS-1, AS-2, CS-1, CS-2 and 5-OS.
Due to some reason, CS-1 hardware get corrupted.
if we use IIT package setup then pc name, username, password and network will automatic configure as per configured earlier.
while installing CS-1, required the path of domain PC, so Before creating CS-1, I have created new domain As-1 using iit package setup. CS-1 was installed and opening with domain path and service connection also healthy. The whole process was done outside the networks.
Now when prepare CS-1 inserted in existing domain networks then it don't accepting and not allowing to open. But when network is remove then CS-1 is only open with username- 800xAInstallAccount
Name of connectivity server PC is CS-1 which was already add in domain pc AS-1 ans redundant domain AS-2.
If I remove CS-1 from domain server and then again add same name in domain, is it doesn't give any problem? And i have to remove for As-2 to also?

Sounds like you have a problem with joining CS1 to the domain.
Check domain health by executing "dcdiag /a" on one of the domain controller. The dcdiag.exe is located in the Support Tools.msi kit on the Windows 2003 server CD. The dcdiag shall pass without errors, especially synchronization.
If you get errors, search for solutions on Google. Its often hard to repair a domain controller. I recommend going for "forceremoval, metadatacleanup + rejoin" of DC2 (or DC1) if your repair attemts look to cumbersome.

The service account is incorrectly set on the ABB Client License Service and possibly also the Config Wizard's Software User Settings.
#1 is set in services.msc tool
#2 is set in the config wizard
#2 depend on #1 being correct.
Correct these accounts and revert.
If you reconnected CS1 without any OperateITData/Temp folders existing on its harddisks you probably have a damaged project and/or application.
Try opening the project at AS1 and AS2.
If both work; wipe the \OperateITData & \OperateITTemp and \ABB Industrial IT Data folders on CS1 and "Connect Node" once more.
If none work; you probably need to restore a known good full backup of the system
or export of the project.
If you are able to only open it at eg AS1 but not AS2 you can try by cold starting AS2 by performing a Config Wizard->Maintenance Stop and *rename* its OperateITData/Temp folders and reboot. This will force all databases to be cloned from the other server. Monitor services as they slowly reach service state again.
Again, I urge you to contact your regional ABB support center for assistance with getting the system up and fully operational.
