In 800xA History, How to change the details of DCN IPs stored in the History vitrin Eventforwarder to NAT IPs
Could anyone please help me in resolving the below issue.
Hstory version: 800xAHistoy 1.0 SP2
I have installed History and DCNs long back and now there was a change in the firewall to use NAT IPs for the DCNs. I have done the changes as per the History technical document.
But after making the changes, Only Logs are updating in the history server. And there is no updation in the History events.
Events are not transferring to the history vitrin after making the changes.
When I see the Event forwarder folder in th History RTDB folder, Still the Old IP details are mentioned. I have deleted that folder and restarted the RTDB, But then also again the folders are created with the Old DCN Ip's only. How to get NAT Ip for the Event forwarder.
Logs are updated and I'm able to fetch the historical data but problem is with only events.
Thanks in advance.

Step 1: Sop the RTDB services in History Server
Step 2: Go to History Server
RTDB-EventForwarder.ini file and manually modify the DataSource Names as below
Data collector tcp://xx.xx.xx.xx:7614/CPIMS-INTERNAL/DCNxx-RTDB and add required IP address (NAT IP)
Data collector tcp://xx.xx.xx.xx:7614/CPIMS-INTERNAL/DCNxx-RTDB
Step 3: Start the RTDB services in History Server
Step 4: Open the Vitrin and see as below
Hope this help
