TB807 and Part Number for Power Supply and Supervision Signal connector
An ABB Manual states:
Therefore, if no I/O units are used on the ModuleBus, the TB807 does NOT need to be connected to the TP830 base plate of the controller, right?
What is the part number for the connector that mates to the Power Supply and Supervision Signal connector on the TP830? In other words, what is the part number of the piece that is connected to the TB830 shown in the picture below:

Hi,
There is no separate part number for the power supply connector.
Coming to TB807:
If no IO is connected then also you need to connect TB807 to TP830.
Why you want to keep the module bus port open and allow the problems (like some pins may get damage or get short during maintenance)
Cheers.
Hello,
TB807 is a bus terminator to ensure end of bus(EOL resistance)
Its mandatory for the controllers & for I/Os also.
For controller if you are using a non-redundant CPU with electrilcal module bus then you terminate the bus at the last module.
If you are using redundant CPU then you can't use the electrilca module bus then terminate the electrical module bus with bus terminator else your controller may go fault when the bus is open or you will face problem doing IPConfig.
