Log Configuration - Error reading Data E_ADV_HT_NO_LOG(0x8abb1c19) no log
When I add a new log for a signal in a log configuration there is always an error when i try to read the data (See print screen)

The existing logs are all running well.
Does anybody know this issue?
1.Try deleting the logconfiguration aspect may be its copy/pasted (don't copy paste the log configuration aspect since it will inherit the old properties also)from the control str object & add it again.
2.restart the Basic history service group
3.Ensure History source has been created on the top of the network level & linked to the basic history service group of the conenctivity servers
If it was 800xa history log, then you need to check in both DCN if error is coming in both or not. If yes then whether the log is in good state or invalid.
if it is in invalid state, it means logs is not created in 800xa history database- restarting synch service will solve this problem
if log is in good state then wait for some time depending on the update rate if it doesnot come then restart basic history service for both DCN
