Hi,
I've got the following alarms in my System Alarm List:
Network Connection to {43F97524-15BB-43FE-8206-E25FBC37E77B} Lost
Network Connection to {7E914420-88CB-472A-9A2F-6B7FE6196126} Lost
Network Connection to {A8E559D9-219D-40D4-A583-DCFCFDE3A39B} Lost
Network Connection to {D2767995-9E6E-4843-85D8-CEDF3545C114} Lost
i have deleted before these alarms but they returned back, also when i check their Details, i found the objects are not in the system.
How to get rid of these alarms?
System: 800xA 5.1

The SoftAlarm service has a flaw that causes non-idle alarm conditions to linger in the system for good if their parent objects are deleted.
You must cold start the SoftAlarm service to clear these away. The procedure is described on other threads here on AKS (stop all SoftAlarm providers in parallel, erase their data folders below OperateITData and start again).
I also believe you should report this problem to your regional ABB support center and require a permanent solution.
