Information History - Can not get data from AIPHDA
A have some problem when get data from IM (by desktop trend, directdata excel, ...):
Details as below:
When I add a Log Configuration from "Control Structure/Root, Domain/Control Network/Control Project/Application" or any children of Application Group such that one application, oen Control Module, ... My system have an error when retrieving via AIPHDA that is default IM data provider (from desktop trend, directdata excel, ...). But on the Log Configuration, when I push Read button from Direct trend or historical trend, it working fine and get a row data with good value!
If I created SoftPoint Generic Control Network and creat any Log Configuration for SoftPoint tag, then everything is OK!
If I created Generic OPC Server Network to connect to 3rd OPC Server, then everything is OK!
Note that: I Had connected AS server to IM successfull; Bassic History of Aspect Server and of IM is working normally. History source I had pointed to Bassic History of Aspect; and all Log Configuration of any tag (SoftPoint tag, 3rd OPC tag, Control Module tag) read status value is OK and led status is Green! My application using SupervisionBasicLib such that SDBool, SDInBool, SDInReal, ...
I don't kown about my control network and my Control Module?
Could you help me? Thank you so much!
Desktop Trends require ACC setup to be completed.
DataDirect's ABBGetOPCHDA() function should work if Log Configuration -> Status -> Read works (IM is not involved here unless you select an IM log; try reading from the primary [Basic History] log first).
With IM in the configuration you will have two Basic History service groups. Most (all) History Source aspects should point to the one NOT named IM_xxx. Collector Link must be enabled - see users guides about necessary steps during initial configuration.
IM is a complex product; I recommend asking regional ABB support for advice.
Kindly ensure the following:
1.History source should be pointed to connectivity server(basic history service group) not the aspect servers if AS&CS is combined then you are right if not please change the same.
2.For to use AIPHDA you should use Hierarchial log as secondary log to the primary basic history log.
3.Ensure display services like datadirect connect should be successfull you should run via IM configuration tool to setup the datadirect folders
Try this DOS command from 800xA service account having problem with AIPHDA access (replace AS1 and CS1 with actual server names):
C:\> DIR \\AS1\C$
C:\> DIR \\CS1\C$
If you can't read the C$ admin share your workgroup relation does not work, eg passwords not in sync, etc.
Do also check [Workplace Structure]Web System Workplace:System Event List for access denied, etc warnings in conjunction with no HDA data.
