The template indicates IM logging.
Try reading the primary (non-IM log) to see if the problem affect all levels of the hierarchy or just the IM.
"No log..." may indicate synchronization issues in IM. Try checking/forcing sync from IM History Manager (the IM app in the System Tray). Consistency check of all templates and logs is also advisable since an error there may prevent sync to IM db. The Find Tool can be used to find and drag/drop these two aspect categories only (instead of checking entire system).
You may have to recreate logs following a type change (bool to float), etc.
File a support case with your regional ABB support centre if you can't get it to work.
