Hello,
For PP835 you have to use PanelBulder800. When you open a new project with PP835, you have an option to select a few SIMATIC drivers (attached BMP file):
I think the easiest way then is to use S7 MPI Direct. After you select this driver, you can define very easy tags for communication to S7-300H. It is using serial MPI connection, RS485. Addressing is directly with Simatic's variables: Mxxx.b or MBxxx or MWxxx or you can use DB addresses, IW, Ix e.t.c.
Everything is described very well in help for this driver in PanelBuilder help files, including cable connection, addressing and so on.
You should not have any problems with this.
As an example, I attached print-out of help for addressing.
Good luck

Hello,
Which panel to which PLC?
Usually universal connection, supported by almost all vendors, is a serial connection using Modbus RTU protocol.
Also different ABB panels often support direct drivers to Siemens PLC's
Your question is too general - how to fly to the moon?
Hello,
Also not a problem using Profibus DP - if you look in one of the attached files (.png), you can see Profibus DP driver. Addressing is similar, everything is described in Panel Builder help, including cable connection.
A ProfibusDP expansion module must be installed in the operator terminal in this case.
It should be ordered separately because it is optional module, not included in Process Panel:
CB801 PROFIBUS DP Communication Interface PROFIBUS DP slave expansion module for Panel 800
Order code 3BSE042245R1
List price about 600 Euro
