RTA Board type showing as 126
I have built a new 800xA 5.0 SP2 Rev C system with one aspect and one 400 Connectivity server.
When I connect external RTA board, The RNRP in 400 Connectivity server is showing the RTA board type as "126".
And in the RTA board status it is showing RTA is dead.
Could anyone please let me know how to resolve the issue.
Thanks in advance.

Have you installed PU410 drivers? I believe they are not on standard media in 5.0; you need a special media or download them from ABB Library.
RNRP may perhaps detect PU410 as node type 126. Seeing the PU410 (default IP is 172.16.168.51 I believe) on RNRP Monitor is a good sign.
Does the RTAManagement.exe tool find the PU410? The tool is located somewhere below C:\Program Files\...\AC400 Connect\...\...?
