Replace chopper with another bigger rating drive's chopper.
is that possible?
If possible then,What will the effect?
Thanks in advance........

Is the braking starting and then the fault appear, or the fault is presented constantly?
Why do you need a bigger chopper?
BC Short Circuit shows you have a problem in brake chopper circuit.
Check carefully the connection diagram, brake resistor and measure it's resistance value and insulation of it to the ground.
Finally the brake chopper IGBT may be damaged.
I don't believe the replacement of brake chopper with the bigger one (for that drive size) will solve the problem but you have to consult with ABB drives for that.
The inverter's IGBT (output of the drive) are selected for the nominal motor current so you don't have to overload them.
Also you can damage the motor with a bigger braking current than the motor's nominal current.
Never exceed the minimum brake resistor value for your drive.
