Retry or Switch To... is not solving the issue
Is anything output to the Control Builder M’s session.log?
All session logs are referring to year 2017. No session log with today's date.
Very strange to not see anything recent. Make sure you are looking at the correct location.
CBM depend on MMS service
CBM if that version likely do not support terminal server. If using RDP to connect server, make sure to use /admin or /console option.
Consider reinstalling CBM + prerequisites
