800xa operator workstation not communicating with CLS
hi , my client working with 800xa system V6.1. they have a sudden issue when they tried to open remote workstation HMI on both 2 OWS, they got an error of communication with CLS failure as attached knowing that ping is exist between OWS and AS/CS servers. please advise what to check?
Try pointing to the CLS by its IP-address rather than name which is default and set during installation (perform the change in the License Status Viewer, then restart the ABB Client Client License Service in Windows Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services, no reboot required).
