Alarm Manager initialize state
I am in the same situation right now. Alarm Manager is in Initialize state after Primary ASCS is suddenly shut down. Of course, I reinstalled ABB 3rd party software, but the symptoms are the same. I would appreciate it if you could tell me how you solved the problem.
The onset of the problem immediately following an unexpected shutdown points to filesystem or harddisk damage.
Try as I suggested to Sa2016 here to also reinstall the ABB 800xA Base software (please make sure you have all media required to do so, potentially DVD1 + rollup from ABB Library).
Possibly, the Alarm Manager send some applog messages before becoming hung up. Those messages are easily extracted with afwapplogviewer by selecting the failing server node then clicking Get Messages, however, it likely takes an R&D specialist to decode them. You may still end up with a recommendation to reinstall the software and/or computer.

Another option would be to reload a known good drive image backup or to rebuild the aspect server.
