Freelance800F, SV9.2SP1 and 800xA SV5.1 RevA Tc3a
The software version currently in use is Freelace 9.2 SP1, and 800xA SV5.1 RevA TC3a is used.
However, even though the Alarm is in the Alarm state, some tags keep disappearing. In other words, since it disappears from the alarm control, there are cases where the alarm is checked every morning and disappears again even if the alarm is generated in the commissining mode in the CBF.
Alarm Manager, Event Collector, and Event Storge have been modified and quantityad modified.
In Freelance Engineering under System/Global Message Processing one can set acknowledge levels for alarm priorities. Acknowledge Level 3 means that the alarm is auto-acknowledging.
So if you have configured that level for a message priority then this alarm will disappear after it goes without any acknowledging.
Check if your disappearing alarms have that acknowledge level.
By the way, how do you know the alarm is active when you no longer see it?
I propose you install a Freelance Operations station on a PC / Laptop connected to the Freelance control-net temporarily. If you see the alarm in Freelance Operations (DigiVis) but at the same time not in 800xA then the problem should be in the 800xA configuration or Connectivity server.
You wrote in the comment: "....For example, if an alarm is triggered and acknowledged, it is displayed on the upper right Alarm Control, but after a while, the alarm signal is continuously active, but it disappears without being displayed on the upper right Alarm Control."
After acknowledging an Alarm when it becomes inactive, it will disappear on its own when the acknowledge level 2 is selected for its priority (as shown in your picture). That is the desired behavior.
If you change the acknowledge level to 1, the inactive-going of an alarm must also be acknowledged and the alarm will be visible until then.
If after changing to Global Message Processing, do I need to load the Whole Station of AC800F Controller? Is it possible with Change Object? Because it is currently running, Whole Station Loading is not possible. And it is currently occurring in one AC800F Controller out of 7 AC800F Controllers. Such symptoms are symptoms that arise in the middle of the night, with no messages, and when checking every morning.
I am not sure I understand the symptoms/problem you describe.
So far I thought your problem was that acknowledged alarms disappear, which is normal behavior. But now you write that "the symptoms" occur only in one AC 800F. That makes me think I did not get your problem details because the disappearing of an alarm after acknowledging it should occur in all controllers.
So please describe the symptoms in more detail. For the time being, do not change the acknowledge level until we are sure that this is the solution to your issues.
