Schedule report 800xa
Please i need your help i have a fail when i try to create a report i have this message : not enough storage is available complete this operation 8007000e
Despite the message, do not focus only on disk space being low, you should also include memory, handles, threads, etc. and other typical critical computer resources into the equation.
If restarting the server node having the Scheduler Service role does not work for too long (or at all) I suggest moving the Scheduler Service, Excel, DataDirect report templates to another server of the system. This may include having to set up DataDirect from scratch; don't forget to login as the 800xA Service account and make sure the DataDirect plugin is properly registered, also for the service account user.
DataDirect is described in the IM Data Access and Reports User's Guide, e.g. 3BUF001094-610 which is available on all System 800xA media kits and online at ABB Library for customers having active Sentinel Subscription.
I also sincerely recommend involving your regional ABB support center. There may be a software update available, etc. which they can assist you with getting your hands on. As myself, the regional ABB center technicians have access to ABBs case management system and catalog of release notes where they can lookup the problem characteristics and seek for solutions.
