Configuration Wizard shows only 3 item in 800xA system
The system have been running for a long time. And they try to reconnect one client with license warning and then they found the connect function disappeared. They tried different account user include 800xAInstaller, Administrator, 800xAService.
What would be the reason cause this?
I saw a same question.
And they cannot configure the system software user as the system indicate that stop server must be performed first and the start/stop server option is not present.

In general, this behavior (fewer than expected options in the classic Config Wizard) is due to issues with the 800xA Service Account or the IndustrialITAdmin or IndustrialITUser user groups. Make sure they are immediate members of required security Groups, eg the service account and admin group shall be immediate members of Administrators or Domain Admins.
