Error code 09 on AC450 /AC410 Controllers Master
Customer has installed 2 AC450s and one AC410 Master software , these controllers have been worked properly since manny years ago.
Last night suddenly all the controllers went to 09 when we saw from Processor Module status
Some months ago we could verify the load of the controllers and in that time we did not see any overload on them.
Customer tried to write the command from ES LSYSHI but it showed illegal command and it could not get any message to try to figure out what the problem was , after that, customer restarted all the controllers and the problem dissapeared
Our concern is , how could it have happened in all controllers at sametime , it looks like communication problem ?
Is it possible to access the controller's and using the LSYSHI from ES and get the information to try to figure it out the problem . Customer does not have any printer installed , could we use LSYM ALL to see the system messages from ES display . and it could allow to us to see what the problem was.
Thanks for your support
In this case the MB300 protocol stack is executed in the main CPU and not on the carrier board, as when using SC520 which is strongly recommended .
i.e a multicast storm on MB300 or multicast traffic from other vendors that ABB if using misconfigured VLAN's etc could cause this overload stall.
